The Solution
With a permanent on-the-ground site manager, we managed the whole project from initial designs through to final deep clean, transforming the building in the process. The scope of the project included carpeting and hard flooring, washroom refurbishment, power & data provision, furniture, glazed partitions, etc. Signage and graphics across all three floors further enhanced the working areas for the team, creating a great backdrop and wellbeing factor.
Result
The result is a modern, smart, fit-for-purpose office with a stunning full-height graphic in the entrance atrium, welcoming their high-end customers with a great first-impression of the company. The company branding is carried throughout the building giving consistency and assurance, supporting the organisation’s journey in winning additional and larger clients.
