Job Description
Westcountry Group is looking for Trainee CAD Furniture Designer who is, pro-active, and a results-driven team player for our Plymouth office. Ideally this person has an education background in interior design and is looking to build a career in furniture design

Role & Responsibilities
- Assisting in the creation of technical and production drawings for flat-pack furniture
- Supporting the design team with estimating and pricing projects
- Learning to work with panel products, laminates, and CNC-ready drawings
- Collaborating with a wider team including designers, sales teams, estimating, projects and manufacturers
- Gaining hands-on experience with bespoke and standard educational furniture designs and assembly
- Dealing with logistics relating to furniture panels
