Westcountry Group were delighted to transform Westbourne House’s existing library into a modern and multi-functional space. Our talented interior designer team proposed an inspirational, vibrant, and contemporary design that encourages students to connect, explore, and learn.
Our solution
The form and character of the new library have been designed to harmonise with the existing building. We installed several new elements to improve the room’s functionality including reading zones, which provide comfortable seating in tranquil surroundings, and ergonomically designed furniture providing optimum conditions for uninterrupted study.
Result
The new library has become an integral part of the school. The students are now enjoying a bright, airy, and modern environment where they can read, study, and socialise. We are confident the refurbished space will make a positive contribution to the education of Westbourne House’s students.
