Learning hubs have become increasingly popular within educational establishments. They provide a space where learning can be tailored to individual needs and where teaching can be adapted to respond to the children’s interests and abilities.
Our solution
Westcountry Group were tasked to create a unique space that provides a collaborative, stimulating, and engaging learning environment that encourages creative thinking and problem-solving. To make the new learning hub fun and engaging, our talented interior design team suggested incorporating a nature-inspired design.
Result
We introduced a forest-themed feature wall, an interactive teaching wall, and other nature-inspired elements including floor-standing acoustics shaped like trees and leaves, colour-coordinated furniture, carpet tiles, and bird-shaped lighting. The new interactive space now provides a sense of togetherness and has created a fun learning area for the children to engage in small group work and individual activities.
