We’ve had some great feedback from the staff… thanking us for investing in them in these facilities… and [for] having the confidence in them to give them the facilities to pursue their own working style for the good of the company.

Their requirements

How do you capture a company’s ‘wow’ culture when creating a new workspace? That’s the question posed by Strukta Group when it looked to bring together three separate satellite offices into one central hub.

Westcountry Group was delighted to be asked to complete the project, which it did after listening to the needs, wants and aspirations of the company’s management team.

Our solution

Understanding a company’s brand values, DNA and core aspirations is crucial to delivering a successful project. It’s easy to make a space look good, but what matters is creating something that’s right for the brand.

As you’ll see from the video, this is captured by the results at Strukta Group. And yes, that is a slide. Anything’s possible when you speak to Westcountry Group.

Results

The team at Strukta were “thrilled” with the results, with director Myles Moggach saying: “We’ve had some great feedback from the staff… thanking us for investing in them in these facilities… and [for] having the confidence in them to give them the facilities to pursue their own working style for the good of the company.”

Myles went on to praise Westcountry Group for its ability to grasp what the management team was trying to achieve.

The fact that the centralisation project resulted in no loss of staff speaks volumes about Strukta’s culture and its team spirit. We were proud to play a part in the transformation.

Naturally, we had one or two goes on the slide. You know, just to make sure it worked…
